RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

We believe in lasting pieces — but if something isn't right, we're here to make it better.

Under Australian Consumer Law, you’re entitled to a refund or replacement if your item:

  • Is faulty

  • Is significantly different from its description or sample

  • Doesn’t do what we said it would

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size or preference

  • General wear and tear

How to request a return: Email us at hello@komno.store within 14 days of receiving your item. Include your order number and a clear description of the issue. If approved, we’ll guide you through the next steps.

Returned items must:

  • Be unused and in original condition

  • Include all packaging

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is deemed faulty.
