If your order contains both ready-to-ship and pre-order items, we will ship ready-to-ship items first unless you prefer to receive everything together. If you want all items shipped together, please let us know at checkout.

• Each batch is open for pre-orders for 14 days.
• Secure your piece before the cycle closes.

2. Handwoven Crafting Period (6 Weeks)

• Once the pre-order window closes, our artisans begin weaving your item.
• Each piece is handcrafted over 6 weeks with sustainable materials.

3. Shipping & Delivery

• Once completed, your order is prepared and shipped.
• You will receive tracking details via email once your order is dispatched.
